The Hypnobirthing Australia™ Positive Birth Program teaches knowledge, tools, support methods and preparation of mind and body. As well as self-hypnosis, you will learn breathing techniques, massage, acupressure, visualisation and other relaxation methods for a calm, positive birth. You will receive a foilo of resources to supplement your classes and take with you what you have learnt.
I am having a caesarean. Can I still use hypnobirthing?

What about pain relief, can I have an epidural?

When should I begin classes?
Classes can be attended at any time throughout your pregnancy, however we recommend between 20-30 weeks as ideal so that you have optimal time to practice the techniques you are taught.
